KiwiLAN's Launch and first LAN party!

A new initiative by Auckland gamer Josiah Spackman with support from GetThatGame, will be hosting a LAN party to celebrate the launch of KiwiLAN.co.nz.

KiwiLAN is a connection hub for Kiwi gamers to link up and play popular games over a virtual private network akin to playing system link games.

The date set for the launch is Friday 19th of March at 7:00PM with two servers hosting:
- Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare,
- Unreal Tournament 2004,
- Age of Empires II: The Conquerors,
- Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos (The Frozen Throne and Defense of the Ancients scenario).

With plans to also include consoles into the network, it looks like KiwiLAN is going to be a fun place to link in, hang out and play...with no lag Smile
